Kaitlin is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She is open to offering sessions at a reduced rate for new clients - for more information please reach out to Kaitlin by phone or email.

She believes in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and in creating a safe space that will cultivate positive change and promote healing. With the belief that you know what is truly best for yourself, she strives to help you explore your strengths, feel empowered in your life, and reach your goals.

Kaitlin is available to work with children (10 and up), youth, and adults around a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationships, stress, grief, trauma, body image, and more. She adapts her approach to support the individual’s unique journey, drawing from several therapeutic modalities. Mark is an experienced individual and family counsellor who specializes in working with youth and adults coping with social and emotional challenges, mental health and/or substance use concerns. He takes a client-centred approach and believes the counselling relationship is a unique partnership that needs to build on the client’s intrinsic strengths. This process leads clients to experience empowerment, build resilience and learn to take control of their own lives. Mark has worked as a Prevention Educator and Therapist for the past 13 years with Vancouver Coastal Health on various mental health and substance abuse teams. He is a Registered Social Worker both with the BC College of Social Workers and BC Association of Social Workers. Mark’s strength is building rapport with individuals of all ages, identities and life situations. He takes a non-judgmental and empathetic approach in getting to know his clients. Mark’s understanding of present-day trends around anxiety and depression, substance use, social media, peer relationships, self harm, and family conflict allow him to support youth (and their families) by truly meeting them where they are.
