Relational, affirming, and integrative — valuing the depth and diversity of lived experience.
In our work together, I walk alongside you as a supportive ally in your healing and self-discovery—meeting you where you are with curiosity and care. As a racialized therapist attuned to intersectionality, I hold space for diverse experiences with steadiness and warmth. At the heart of my work is a deep belief in our innate capacity to heal and grow.
My work is body-centred and trauma-informed, grounded in an understanding of how the nervous system responds to stress, trauma, and relationships. We explore how experiences show up in the body, noticing sensations, emotions, and patterns as they arise. This bottom-up approach brings body and mind into the conversation, creating space for greater awareness, understanding, and integration.
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I bring 15 years of experience across public education, public health, and frontline mental health and substance use services. These experiences continue to shape a compassionate, grounded, and collaborative approach to counselling.
