Relational, affirming, and integrative — valuing the depth and diversity of lived experience.
In our work together, I walk alongside you as a supportive ally in your healing and self-discovery—meeting you where you are with curiosity and care. As a racialized therapist attuned to intersectionality, I hold space for diverse experiences with steadiness and warmth. At the heart of my work is a deep belief in our innate capacity to heal and grow.
I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, Lifespan Integration, Internal Family Systems, and attachment theory. My approach is body-centered, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and grounded in a polyvagal-informed perspective. These frameworks invite nervous system exploration, helping you notice how stress, trauma, and relationships show up in your body.
My approach is grounded in an understanding of how the nervous system responds to stress and relationships. We explore how experiences show up in the body, helping you notice sensations, emotions, and patterns as they arise. I work from a “bottom-up” approach, attending to sensation/experience rather than talk alone, so insight and integration can emerge.
